When is registration?
Early Registration: Mon July 13, 4:00 to 7:00 PM in front of Waterway 4.
Registration: Tue July 14, opens at 7:30 AM in front of Waterway 4.
What time does the event start?
Doors Open: Tue–Thur at 8:30 AM. Come claim your seat!
Sessions Start Time: Tue–Thur 9:00 AM sharp. Don't be late!
What should I wear?
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself! We'll be providing you a spacious SBA Convention Workbook you can use to take notes during all sessions.
Can I bring a guest?
Entrance to the convention and the evening parties requires a badge. You must have purchased a Partner Pass or a Party Pass before the event for your guest otherwise they will not be allowed entry. We will not be selling additional passes on site.

A half day, morning into early afternoon. We'll show you what an AI-powered marketing engine looks like for a real service bureau, then hand you the tools to run your own. No laptops needed. This day is about decisions, not busywork.

Woodlands Waterway Marriott
The convention is held at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott in Waterway 4. There are no rooms remaining in our block.
Breakfast Options
The hotel has a restaurant including a breakfast buffet that starts at 6:30 AM.
Fly into IAH
George Bush Intercontinental, about a 30-minute drive from the hotel. Grab an Uber, Lyft, or taxi.
Parking
Complimentary self-parking in the Town Center Garage, connected to the hotel by sky-bridge.
Badges and Guests
You'll receive your badge upon registration. Keep your badge on you. You'll need it to enter the convention sessions and both evening events. If you added a Party Pass, your guest is welcome at both evening events. You'll pick up their badge at check-in.
